I'm working on a door schedule and as an example I have three different doors in my plan - but in the schedule it shows only two doors that have the same parameters (only difference being the thickness). I think those are the two types of doors from the interactive legends, because when I add or change a door in plan nothing changes in the schedule.

How do I get the schedule to reference the correct doors?

The schedules in AMT only show the doors in your actual project. If you are creating your own schedule, you will have to use the same technique - set the Criteria for inclusion in the schedule in the Schedule Scheme dialog box.

When the schedule is the frontmost window, click the Scheme... button in the upper right. Look at the Criteria panel. In AMT door schedules, in addition to the basic Criteria that the Element Type = Door, there is an additional one that says Element ID / Starts With / D. This eliminates doors from the interactive legend, which should all have ID's that start with ZD (we did it this way purposely, of course).

You may not be seeing your project doors because you aren't setting the ID's properly in order to be included in the schedule. Set their ID's to start with a D, rather than ZD (as they might have if you eye-dropped any of the doors in the Legend).

NOTE: There is a bug in AMT 12.1 in that one of the doors in the Quick Rooms area of the Legend (the entry to the single occupancy commercial restroom) has an ID of D-07. To fix this, you'll need to open up the Interactive Legend file and select that door, then change the ID to ZD-07 or similar, and resave the Legend file. In your project (and at some point in your template itself) you'll need to update the Hotlink to the Interactive Legend so that it sees the revision. You'll get a notice when you open the file about outdated hotlinks, but you can update this manually (after fixing this issue, or revising the Legend in any way) by going to the File menu > External Content > Hotlink Manager and clicking on the Legend file in the list and then on the Update button, then click OK.

Note that this bug (the door in the Legend with the incorrect ID) is fixed in AMT 13.

As a final note, there is an option in ArchiCAD's schedules to show identical elements on one line, or to show them separately. For example, you might have 10 doors in your project, but only 3 types of doors. You could choose to have 10 lines in your schedule, or only 3, depending on your preference. Usually when identical items are merged together, there is a field in the schedule for Quantity, to show how many doors (or windows, etc.) of this type are in the project.
